For Carol's 30th we decided to take a trip to Queensland. Not just some ordinary trip to a resort, but sailing around the glorious Whitsunday Islands. We decided to go with two other couples, Samantha & Mark Noble and Lynda & Scott Carter - both girls happen to be Carol's bridesmaids at our recent wedding back in March 2006.
After hours of preparation we finally set out from Hamilton Island on May 8th on a 'not-so-perfect-day' - a bit rainy but still nice and warm. We sailed gently to our first stop for the night. Men at the helm and women with drinks in their hands (of course).
